With hands-on experience supporting Top 10 federal IT cloud providers—including Microsoft and AWS—he understands the technical requirements, compliance frameworks, and procurement realities that shape federal modernization.

His policy expertise spans NDAA compliance, cloud competition mandates, and IT modernization legislation, enabling him to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders navigating complex federal landscapes. Tim partners with agencies to build adoption strategies that align technology investments with mission outcomes—ensuring that modernization delivers lasting operational value.

Mary Curto

Mary is a senior change management strategist and former C-suite executive with over 15 years of experience driving digital transformation across Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies. As COO/CFO of various global companies, she led capital project delivery, technology adoption, and cross-functional coordination for clients including Marriott, Hilton, Otsuka Pharmaceuticals, and Under Armour.

Her federal experience spans the U.S. Coast Guard, Veterans Administration, and Navy Federal Credit Union—where she has led enterprise platform implementations, Product Operating Model transitions, and IT modernization initiatives impacting tens of thousands of personnel. Mary is known for translating executive vision into actionable strategy and building the governance structures that make transformation sustainable.

Jeremy Gornto

Jeremy is a senior organizational change leader with cross-sector C-suite experience spanning Nike, GAP Inc., Under Armour, and the U.S. Coast Guard. He specializes in translating enterprise digital investments into measurable adoption outcomes—designing frameworks that track stakeholder sentiment, reduce resistance, and accelerate time-to-value.

At Nike, he designed the digital transformation measurement framework used to brief the CIO, CFO, COO, and CEO on adoption metrics and investment performance. His approach combines ADKAR, Kotter, and SAFe methodologies with hands-on stakeholder engagement—building change-ready cultures that sustain momentum long after go-live. Jeremy is recognized for his ability to coach product teams, lead communities of practice, and turn complex platform rollouts into workforce wins.
