Commanders LLC led all OCM methodologies for the establishment og the $2B Transformation Management Office at Under Armour, leading 28 concurrent digitalization initiatives across a 15,000-person global workforce. Our team developed a Change Management Governance Model standardizing assessments and ensuring Prosci methodology alignment across all transformation workstreams. We supported the executive steering committee led by the CEO, CIO, and CFO on transformational portfolio investments—conducting stakeholder engagement assessments, designing communication plans and training sessions, and establishing adoption measurement frameworks with defined KPIs. Key initiatives included retail order management system integration, loyalty program launch, strategic investment redesign, and Salesforce Service Cloud implementation, each delivered with comprehensive readiness assessments and post-implementation reviews.
