Recruited in direct response to NCUA audit findings, our team embedded sustainable practices aligned with ITIL v4, CMMI, COBIT, and Operational Risk Management frameworks. We secured sustained executive sponsorship through structured briefings, established Communities of Practice leveraging the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence as a pilot vehicle, and designed a 90-day transformation communication strategy with an ETG portal linking governance standards to mission success.
