Commanders LLC served in Nike's Adoption & Change Office, designing and implementing a digital transformation measurement framework based on Prosci ADKAR that provided transformation visibility for Nike leadership and brand investors. Our team supported executive presentations for the CIO, CFO, COO, and CEO—focusing on investment performance, system integration milestones, and adoption metrics across the enterprise portfolio. We led stakeholder engagement workshops and created playbooks to coach product teams on effective communication and readiness strategies, increasing user adoption for enterprise platforms including SAP, Salesforce, ERP, Workday, ServiceNow, and HR systems. Additionally, we launched a change analytics pilot to standardize product adoption reporting, built change management communities across Nike brand and product teams, and established a Transition Management onboarding program ensuring project continuity and successful adoption outcomes.
